No its not their fault its their parents fault........................adult human beings have to take responsibility for themself and their kids mate thats just life..............its too easy to blame another adult rather than facing up to our own failings.....but that takes character,of which very few people really have sadly. I see where your coming from gnasher, but how I see it is parents cant be around their kids 24\7 and it might be just be areas of my city where drug dealers are getting school kids hooked on hard drugs. Quite heart breaking really seeing these kids waste away.
