    only just started seeing young this past week! a lot later than usual even though its been a mild winter

    i agree, when i had just one terrier when i was about 12, this big white cat attacked it and its eye was buggered for weeks. Probably the terriers own fault but i still hate the dirty buggers. got 3 terriers now anyway so the old bitch has always got back up just in case!

    does anyone know of any rivers in the lancashire area that hold pike? reason ime asking is because theres a few resevoirs and fisheries with pike around me but no rivers big enough for pike and i prefer wondering down a river with a few spinners for an hour or 2. cheers.

    Its real but ive been seeing them all my life round my end saw the 1st young of the season yesterday

    Wish my dog could catch pheasants like yours it did chase one into a fence once and grabbed its ase but let it go! She caught a few moorhens though
