  1. My two have started doing the exact same thing. I feret with out a dog so have too run them throgh a lot of empty holes. In the occupied ones once in hunting mode they are not a problem. But very frustrating too spend half an hour on an emtpy two holer trying to get the ferret out. I handle them loads and gently too
  2. Good little session and thats a nice looking dog too
  3. They might have just been a bit over welmed I guess try a nice cosey 2 - 3 holer some where
  4. I have a snipped hob and two jills too. But he is kept seperate. I was worried he might rag the hell out of the girls all the time. Plus when I did stick them together at the start he really layed into the smaller jill. She is pretty scared up at the moment. So I was just curious how you were going to work it maybe I should try him in there again
  5. Do you plan too just leave the hob in with the girls full time ?

  15. Good luck with the ferrets hope all goes well for you. Only just equired some my self after being with out them for 20 odd years. Only just losing the nerves handling them and feeling confident again now. Great little critters
  16. I enjoyed that report good stuff. Did you have much hassle picking the long net up not exactly clean ground ?
  17. I'm sure it would work mate, just never done it personally I might give that a try my self. Just trying too get my 5 year old cocker interested he seems too know instinctively he should show an interest in rabbits. If I hide a dead one in the house he soon locates it. I could try stuff a dead one down a hole. I have taken him ferreting about 3 times so far but we have yet to get a rabbit. When he ignores nice looking holes I give them a spin any way and so far he has been right about nothing being at home. Saying that I am using an inexperienced ferret and after about 5 blank trips I a
