    not getting at you mate but way the f**k would you chain a dog near a electric fence ??i didnt say chain it pal, ive heard of dogs accidently getting a chain wrapped round it and getting shocked, the owner trying to take the chain of whilst getting shocked aswell. Could ruin a good dog
