  2. for starters fatman i dont try any SETTS..... so no i have never done a hole that a foot beagle could get down.....of course i have seen two seperate hunts at TWO seperate foxes....many times....as for his beagles that he has to dig out are you sure you dont mean he has had to dig the enterance to get the hound out then let the terrier in??? and if this is so i think his beagles are A1 ..... and no i said you were talking shite and whilst doing that you made your mates hounds sound shite...... as for my hounds i only keep 2 and they do me.... as for my russells i only keep 2 of them..... young
  3. aw i enjoy these boys ha..... i dont want the hound to go to ground you fool... but i do want it eating the banking of the hole the fox just dropped in....then in goes the russell.... beginners ehh pppfffftttt not to sure about being a beginer maybe I was 40yrs ago. Ive had dogs that would push cover in the past though Im always prepaired to give something new ago. Perhaps it is your use of the mother tongue or your lack of ability with it that may have caused you some confussion. having said that I have no wish to dig out houndxs either and were I hunt it would be a pain in the arse.
  4. so every worker to worker mating produces all workers , EXACTLY gone to earth.... i have a worker to worker bred russell pup here 14 months he very different from the rest of the pups...he going to ground and all just done think his wireing is 100% lol..... but his 2 litter brothers are both started and have been dug to on a number of occasions..... hes been socialised the very same way and introduced the very same way but did have a hernia operation at 6 weeks so maybe that knocked him back a little.... he will get his chance though because he still has done nothing wrong if you know

  7. Well mucker, he could have been the best dog in the world....but if he was untried then don't bother breeding him, unless your going to rear all pups yourself until they the age to work and then if they don't make the mark then carry out the deed yourself!!!! This just isn't feasible!!!! I have dogs that are only 3-4yrs but look like they are 10-11 they are such well worked.....so don't be judging by looks neither, take advice constructively and think smart! FROM A MAN THATS ONLY AT IT 2 YEARS...... WELL SUPPOSE WHEN YOU READ ALL THE BOOKS AND POSTS ON THESE FORUMS FROM ALL THE EEJITS IT

  16. LOL..... if a pup has been reared [bANNED TEXT] from the start..... socialising... farm yards... walks on roads.... squirrel hunting...stock broken...in and out of the van and box for longer travels....by the time this pup is 12 months hes a young terrier....seen a lot of the everyday things he going to encounter while out digging... by the time your ready to start taking that pup to burrows if he out of worker to worker then his next natural step should be to go to ground....but if the pup is not READY then me personally too would leave him in the kennells for 2-3 weeks then take him back o
  17. sorry to burst your bubble sallie.... ive signed the petition not that it will do any help.... our puppet dictatorship are not going to care about a few thousand or even million signatures.... because all this dictatorship wants to not only rape us of our money, jobs, housing, land..... but also of our civil liberties  :bad:
  18. If you have good looking dogs in your yard I wouldnt bother starting to go to these shows because the usual suspects will only back stab you and try and drive you away. Your dog will never get put up and will be accused of being either a lurcher or a greyhound. These evil twisted people will make the experience like pulling teeth. But by all means come on down and make yourself known to me and you can hang with the decent folk from around your neck of the woods I have two lurchers, well I have one. and my sisters has one but I keep her for her .One used for hunting the other is bit youn
  19. LMAO... ITS 2011 NOT 1987 ..... WE CAN BEARLY GET THE WORK FOR MY 2 TERRIERS AND MY MATES 2 AND BOTH OF US HUNTING MORE THAN 20 YEARS EACH WERE THE HELL DO YOU GET THE WORK FOR 8 TERRIERS PLUS YOUR MATES UNLESS YOU THINK 5 DIGS EACH TERRIER A SEASON IS GOOD :hmm:
