    Terrier work is an expression of it’s natural behaviour and the difficulty lies in preventing terriers from hunting below ground, rather than encouraging them to do so. Codes of conduct and responsible and experienced insured individuals , ensure this takes place with the minimum possible risk to either the terrier or quarry and that it is carried out as quickly, efficiently and humanely as possible. If we all that work terriers could explain to the future generation’s that this is how Genuine terrier work pest/vermin call outs have, and always will be conducted, to a high standard

    Yup. Millions have paid good money to groomed and desensitised to the idea through the 'Call of Duty' series. The title says alot... lol...spot on milegajo...and yet they sleep!! baaaaaaahh.

    i seen the kids walking round with there rosettes in the rain with big smiles on there faces and was one of the highlights of the day for me... wish more posts had the same positivity... my 2 sisters and there husbands and kids went to it, they took there schnauzers, they thought it was a really brilliant show with loads to do and they loved to see all other fellow country people and city folks bring there dogs and couldnt beleive the amount of dogs or people for such a bad day...they said they will defo be back next year..... great day albert cheers..

    personally i think yous all should have come up and talked to the IWTF and supported what we are trying to do, the work we have done and the advice we could have given anyone of yous as in regarding the dog game in northern ireland or southern ireland, we are not actually lurchermen but we do know a fair bit about your particular choice in dogs..ie..the lurcher and what you can and can not do to work them legally in ireland.... the terriermen all seemed too stay away too lol.... yeah of course we had some interest and the weather was bad... but the fair itself was really good with great stalls
