  1. Down to earth jack russells & back to earth jack russell's, try amazon, but I know Lynn has copies if not.
  2. Well done, like the bull/russell, what size is the border/pat tts if you don't mind me asking.
  3. I have a bit of Pengelli blood in the back lines of my bitch Tilly, she's doing fine, there's a bit of the blood spread about over the country with Bob's friends amongst the JRTCofGB plus he has blood over in Sweden and the USA where he judged a fair bit too. Never got to meet the man himself but got to know a bit about him through reading his 2 books he had published, plus I'm now good friends with his wife Lynn who's still judging all over the country, Sweden and the USA.
  4. The only one I altered was the drainage spade, cut 4" off it.
  5. Go on tooled-up.com, a good selection on there, I bought a few Spear & Jackson fibrelite neverbend treaded gear and they're doing the job for me
  6. Think its the flat pack one I got some time ago, does the job great , then I sent for another as a back up or for if a mate tagged along with me, came in 2 peices to join in the middle with a lock nut, not so keen on using it, feels weak like it could bend at any time
  7. My set up, triple box on back, solid water tight doors which are lockable and vent holes facing driving direction, tool box on front with top opening which overlaps to make it water tight. The lad custom made them to my dimensions.
  8. Nice pair, I also like the bitch on the right, all the best with em.
  9. You'll need the B&F collar for whatever locator you buy.
  10. Facebook got me this job but i have cards and flyers in various places and word of mouth.
  11. Tikka T3 Lite, stainless, synthetic with a pess stainless moderator. Use federal sierra gameking BTSP 100gr cos I use it for deer too. Got harris bi-pod on but take tri-stix out too with it being a bit on the heavy side.
  12. Cheers mate, had my good lady on the lamp too. BUZZINGGGGGGGGGG
  13. Got a call from a local smallholder having problems with a chicken (plus many others) killer last night. Played the waiting game for an hour but no sightings so moved position and had a squeal, he came running in like the clappers within seconds, stopped for a moment out at about 60 yard giving me enough time to take him out with the 243. Happy customer - happy hunter
  14. Sorry to see the topic's got a bit out of hand. Thanks to 'everyone' for their input, i'll do a bit homework on all the shows/fairs stated and then make my own mind up. Hopefully see some of you next year. Cheers Raynardman
  15. Cheers for that Albert, I'll do a bit of homework and try and get something sorted. Would like to attend a decent dog show rather than a fair.
  16. HMM maybe I should have checked the ferry prices out before opening my big mouth to the misses
  17. No plans for going to a certain place, just somewhere with not much driving involved. Thanks for the info, I'll check those 2 out
  18. Thinking of making my 1st trip to Ireland sometime next year. Only a short stay but would like to tie it in with a dog show or country fair. Any ideas, information or experience would be much appreciated. Thanks Raynardman
