    Enjoyed the show too, yes out in the sticks but some nice scenery on the way there and a nice setting to boot. A well run show with some nice ring & raffle prizes, well done to all concerned

    Wales this week, is this a f*kin set up or what? showing a man saying he culls badgers with a rifle, shows him at night with a tent lamp, an air rifle and he's looking for badgers in brush near his feet (as if) and the you hear the gun go off, 1st time i'v heard an air rifle sound like a centre fire rifle, what b*ll*cks

    They don't have to be any set size, just make sure it's secured through all available holes, house bricks are 100mm thick so with plaster on either side plus a washer you should be safe (pardon the pun ) with 10mm x 100mm. Better to fix to an outside wall really so you would defo be OK with that size. A good thing about the concrete bolts is that they can be used time n time again

    Try Thunder/Tiger bolts? (can't for life of me think of their correct name, 1 or other) used in the builing trade for fixing to concrete, better than rawl or plugs, just drill to diameter and wrench in, they cut their way through and are solid.

    I've got the Tikka T3 in .243 stainless/synthetic, had the trigger reset from new but also had to have it threaded, got a stainless pess moderator on it, its a bit front heavy but got an harris bipod on it but also carry stix when out, an old mate bought the x-bolt and that was already threaded, never got to shoot it but as you say a nice looking gun. Don't know where your based but your more than welcome to come and have a crack with it aslong as you pay for the ammo PM me if interested

    Just depends what part of the country you live in to see whether they are on the pest list then all you need is what they call a general licence and cull them under the certain criteria. General licences can be found on a link BASC site and then be printed off when you've found the correct one. While your on there you might aswell see what other pests you come across and print off as necessary. Take it along with you when you do the cull and along with the landowners permission you'll be OK.
