  3. I've tried that one with the boss it works for a while but if you work anywhere with a HR department if your due a warning for time keeping HR don't except the Personnall excuse they want to know exactly why. Telling them you've contracted genital warts from a Thai ladyboy and have an appointment at the GUM clinic usually keeps them quiet
  4. Did you hear about the prostitute who fell asleep outside a synagogue? She woke up with a heavy dew covering her
  5. I woke up late and said my wife woke up with breathing problems, rather than face the music
  6. Whether BASC or RSPCA, I think it's clear to see that these charities start suffering when the £100k a year educated twats take office, turning a charity/organisation run by its members into a quasi-business that seems to forget almost overnight the original purpose of supporting its aims, becoming a finance factory more concerned with their profit and loss forecast.
  7. Clothes and boots defo, maybe roe sacks as well
  8. I've heard a few people talk about importing things like scopes and some accessories from overseas (usually USA), due to the cost of some things over here. My question is this: Most Americans think we're crazy paying about $2500 for a new remi 700, to use that model as an example. Over there I've seen them advertised for $700. Would it be worth importing, or would the price, by the time the bumflufferies ie import/export licence, end user certificates, finding an RFD and licensed couriers have been dealt with, not be much different than buying over here? Also, has anyone imported any q
  9. All good things, yes there are strays all the time however as I said once you find that 'magic' batch you can do it all day. Realistically I don't shoot at greater than metres in real life, though it can be done I feel part of the skill is getting close enough :
  10. Leamo, I draw a cross/dot and fire 5 rounds at it - I don't aim to hit it, just aim the crosshairs and fire. This means the maximum accuracy for your skill is achieved - you're not worrying about hitting a certain point just concentrating on the group that the rifle/ammunition can achieve. Edited to add - if I have strays I know whether it's me or the ammo - as long as you're brutally honest you will know what's to blame. And you're right, translating paper groups into reality means not accepting 1 stray, as this would mean a miss or worse a bad hit on a live animal.
  11. If only it were that easy Worked for me before however if they say ''You're going to jail'' then you're off lol You've done some stuff for 23............... This was a military court mind you and it was their juristiction I questioned.... It worked, because of the Army's shocking organisation I got off with it.

  13. you crook Thing is mate, if it was a laser one then fair enough as long as it had been calibrated, but the radar ones are notorious for locking onto anything around you - and that was a police sergeant who admitted it in a court case a few months back. Then there was the 2 coppers up here who got a reading of over 300mph, only to find out it had been tracking a low flying fighter jet http://jokideo.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/Speeding-ticket-to-a-NATO-Tornado-fighter.jpg This one??? Yep Shame the pilot was quick enough to stop the missile launch End of the day

  15. I'd say it was TWOC'd, inform them you're officially reporting a crime, then it's up to them to prove who had the car in the first place.
  16. this morning i got 10 rounds out the cabinet not 50 not 30 but ten. i layed down and just took 10 shots then put the gun back in the cabinet. and these were .22lr velocitors 1400fps which in my experinece are not as acurate as the eley subs. i tried to get a good group on each but not very very hard. 100y for both targets with wind of about 3-4mph. one was with bypod and the other was free hand. 4 shots 2 inch free hand. 5 shots 4 inch freehand. the closest 4 shots 0.9 inch with bipod all 5 shots 1.4 inch with bipod. currenty run out o f eley subs as i used the
  17. My friend uses one of these in an old army ammo tin.... Bought the mp3 from eBay for 99p, the tin for £5 and a small speaker.... Works a treat
  18. Have to agree with Duncan - a call is fairly limited but learn to use your mouth and you can always adjust tone, pitch and frequency. I practice on cats and dogs, when I see them make a kissing sound and they'll look right at you, see if you can bring them in. I also have a brass wham caller but I haven't given it much use, though they're supposed to be very good.
  19. Have to agree with everyone on this, apart from paulus A shame to see a place full of potential ruined by a bunch of wannabe w@nkers.
