the old girl who owns the place were staying says i can take the airgun and shoot a few on her land while im down so im sure i will manage to pass the time until its ok to fish.im going with the bloke who owns padstow angling centre so he should be able to put us in the right place. he usually does.

i have caught some rabbits in the past with minor deformities like one foot facing wrong way[presumably due to a break in the past]but the other day i caught the strangest one yet. it had no ears just small sealed bumps where they should have been. just wondered whats the strangest/weirdest youve ever caught or seen.

locators havent been around long ive been using em for twenty odd years. iwould never leave a dead rabbit just because it was abit awkward to dig out you cant expect to bolt every rabbit mate it just isnt going to happen.

my nearest permission is an hours drive and the farest is two hours mate. its worth it not to be looking over your shoulder all the time. so long as you get a few and have a good day thats what its all about.

i just buy a bale from the local farmers and ive never had any trouble mate. £2 for a bale up here.lasts for ages.

i have had some proper abuse over the years up on the dales, especially around malham cove. on the other hand i have met some really nice people who were genuinely interested in what we were doing. you learn to talk to the nice ones and ignore the bad ones. you cant reason with an idiot.
