    These new .25 ZAN slugs are brilliant shooting them yesterday and might be the answer in the hunting field , as the fragment on impact . I will try and get a few pic up later . This pic shows 33gr at 100 yards in the wind yesterday

    Even shooting the 18gr at 39.4 ftlbs don’t seem to get pass through on them . Going down to my range this afternoon and going back to .25 25.4 gr pellet in the impact and see what speed ,distance & accuracy I can get these to work at

    As most of you know , I shoot slugs in both of my FAC air .22&.25 . Well to day thought I might go back to shooting pellets in 22 18 gr , as I have a difficult permission for slugs , .22 H&N 21gr slugs alway pass through so went down to my range , but out side , so I could try these 18 gr out to 100 yards . Without altering any settings it’s bang on at 45 yards same as slugs . Went out to 100 yards and even in the wind , a very tight group about 20 mm . who said pellet can’t be shot at high speed are completely wrong , these 18 gr are close on 1000 FPS ,998fps From now

    We had some older ones a newer ones , the older were awful , but the newer ones work well

    Tried them and not to bad accuracy wise, but still ricochet bad

    Well been down my range to try the new JSB 10g slug . Guns used HW100K & BSA ultra , Not good past 45 yards , imo these are no good in sub 12 , slugs running @ 635 FPS , which is not faster enough for slugs . BSA ultra running @ 644 FPS but better groups I will keep to JSB heavies 10.3 running @ 715 FPS & pellet on pellet and even at 60 yards ,still within 5 pence coin This is with HW , last pic @ 50 yards
