    Had 3 in 5 minutes on the stubble fields with the HW100kt.22 , ranging from 30 -50 yards knelling down position ,then another 4 with the BSA regged ultra .177 and Pulsar N550 nv ,but the batteries ran out on my camera

    My mate went in to the gun shop to day the one I got my regal from and apparently my old regal is up for sale with all new internals in but in my old stock and is being sold as new ,how the hell can they do that ,its a used gun !!

    I've been banging on about this for years, you never seem to read an honest gun review in the mags, each new rifle is wonderful and worthy of your purchase etc In my eyes, the magazines exist simply to ensure that the unwary spend as much as possible on kit they simply do not need at prices they can't afford... I totally agree. The only publication that seems to criticise is Shooting Sports, they will also publish letters from folk like us with a complaint.     Apart from nest robbing of song and game birds and predation of chicks, causing a health hazard in grain and foodstuffs storage areas, consumption of said grain and foodstuff, blocking of chimneys and ventilation ductings not a lot.     Walked the dog a round one of our permissions , about a 2 1/2 walk, had a look in one of the stubble fields and spotted about 20 rabbits at 11 in the morning That evening decided to go back up to the stubble fields ,loaded the van with shooting gear and off I went with a 10 minute drive Arrived , unloaded the new HW100kt .177 and preceded over the gate with the site of rabbits every where. With in five minutes shot three, walked a long the hedge row and shot another two .Had the chance of taken more but five is plenty form me All shots ranged from 28 yard to 40 yard .
