I had a pair of Swarovski 10x42 el's as well as a seperate Leica rangefinder and i have sold them and bought a pair of Leica Geovids 10x42HD's with a built in rangefinder, and, the main reason was very practical as I was always leaving the rangefinders at home, and, this way I can't(well shouldn't....although I did the other day...lol)the bins are fantastic, and, for me to say that is something as I had the Swarovski's for at least 10 yrs.The Leicas are a bit heavier, but it is marginal to be honest, and,I am happy with the weight, and the clarity is superb...............good luck with your choice.....
