Just got the ipcc report back and they seem to think it was my fault for the dog being killed in a fight in there care ( as they were all trained fighting dogs there words not mine) . Its nothing more than we expected they are covering there backs and the charity's . so now we can move forward a little more will update as i get more news from the solicitors . I do not wish to publish everything about it just yet as i do not want to educate them as to what's happening and give them time to prepare anything or fabricate anything
  7. Here is the news paper report on the case and result its a major blow for the charity i pray that it opens the flood gates for an appeals to every one who has been wrongly convicted , fined , banned from keeping animals, and had there animals killed by the charity LINK TO STORY
  8. Yes Gaz The solicitor is still awaiting the reports so we can carry on
  9. This is an update on the decision of District Judge Grey in Newton Abbot that I posted yesterday. After announcing that the RSPCA would take the case to appeal, its barrister also indicated that he would withdraw all other charges against our various clients except for one offence against a single member of the group who had pleaded guilty to a relatively minor charge early on. The remaining charges were mostly under the Protection of Badgers Act and the Deer Act and (we say) largely arose as a result of a large number of nonsense emails, telephone messages and other social media exchanges
