Got loads of the little shits all imported stock they will bush anything only a couple will try to drop in on rabbits all the rest will walk past un less its fox then your digging and yes there single handed there more of a bayer than anything else pups go from £600-800 with out papers 800-1500 with if you want them for earth work get one from imported lines as they still work them hard on the continent They can be head strong on a scent but i have also seen them in the beating line , ferreting , picking up and on the whistle you get out what you put in to them

with out the requested paper work it will be a total wast as they will just fob it off and pass the blame This is how they keep getting away with it My case is not an isolated one either same think happened to a chap from wales around a month ago they sized all the dogs ( not one needed any veterinary treatment and were totally un marked ) day later one dog dead another clinging to life They claim a lurcher had gotten through 4" bars and did it Mine would have gone in the national papers but the charity insisted at the time i was under investigation for dog fighting and badger baiting ! i was -

The rspca have no legal powers at all They can not enter property , detain you ,question you with out your permission , They can not legally come on to your property with out a police officer and a warrant The warrant must state the rspca on it , any interview you get asked to do is voluntary be it at home or a police station , You do not have to take part in it while a charity worker is present ( all interviews at a police station means you can get a free solicitor of your choice ) The rspce take privet prosecutions out the same as you or any one else can , if one knocks on your door evict

Some great teckels have been imported in to the uk They are hardy ,handy dogs to have about With out the out side help from the eastern Europeans all the working blood lines would nearly be forgotten A lot less aggro to own than the average terriers Just like hound you can kennel a few together trouble free i have a few and not around unless a bitch is in season

you have to have evidence of blame this is what happens when there is more than one organisation involved rspca /police trying to get things from them is like me growing wings they both blame each other and until he can tie it to one it will just get thrown out of court it will get sorted i wont let it get swept under the carpet i never expected it to take this long

The program was heverly edited and cut from 60 min down to 30 min due to legal reasons and threats of legal action from the rspca Sahara lee was my barrister but they cut out the interview my solicitor i am using did and a few other bits but the seed was sown hopefully the donations will fall and it starts hurting them more Vin thanks for the offer I have paid the solicitor already bud if i have to swap solicitors or anything else comes up ill let you no i would not have gotten this far with out the support of every one on here

Were you interviewed for the program? the solicitor i am using is in it haven't had chance to speak to him regarding what was said I do no it was supposed to be 60 min long but due to the rspcas legal team its only 30 min long, they do not want it going on air and claim its bias but ill keep plodding on and doing everything i can to hurt the charity any way i can

From my understanding there closing all the dodgy streams down. They are trying they closed tvaddons but its back up and running now after they appealed

Thursday 8pm - Trouble at the RSPCA on Panorama BBC1.... official statement from the RSPCA who are battening down the hatches by the sounds of it and expecting it to be harsh. It was quite a while ago I was interviewed, John Sweeney is the journalist who produced the famous documentary on the Scientologists that people are still talking about. Did he find as much to get his teeth into on this one? I for one will be glued to it. Will you? link here

I have spoken to quite a few solicitors Clive rees .Nigel weller ect as well as a great barrister they all say the same that it takes ages to do anything about the charity as they will wast 1000s dragging things out just wish things would move faster

Kodi all free but if your worried get an iptv addon for around £50 for a year for every sly channel includes pay per view channels just need the internet 5 mg and above works better and you get all the latest films tv shows ect

It gets depressing i ask him every week if there is any updates and the answer i get is no he has asked for certain documents and they have given him the run around if i get no joy from him soon ill start again with a different solicitor I do no hes had advice from a top barrister on what he needs to get from them to get a case together against the rspca If you have never had dealings with the charity you have no idea how bad , corrupt they are we have requested kennel records and still not got them and that was in court !

They class the dog as a protected animal any marks or injuries inured will result in a charge . you can get around this if your not stopped or challenged by going straight to a vet but if they stop you before you get there they will make shit up to try and get it to stick there view is the more we throw at them in court the better as something will stick
