    well to 100% safe fresh install of chosen operating system then in stall the things you need or want on it update and install deep freez never again will you have spy-ware or any virus every time you reboot it goes back to the original state when you installed deep freez but thats just my method never ever have any problems on my box

    double click on the my computer icon then right click on the c:drive scroll down to properties and left click that brings a box up at the top select tools then select defragment hope this helps bud
