Thanks lads, i spose i ought to think myself lucky im fit enough to make a move, i remember when i was in hospital with the stroke, they brought this guy in , he was only 45 he had suffered a real bad stroke, they had to use a hoist to get him out of bed, he was sound of mind, and he suffered terrible with the thoughts of being bedridden at such an early age, boy did i feel sorry for him and his family, well theres no turning back now for me. bot that i want to theres absolutely nowt here to keep me , my internt will be down later today early morning, so a big thanks to you all, i will g
