    yes it was lost by his courier.... . he said if I gave him a part refund he would be happy with that so I gave him a part refund now he is saying that he wants a full refund.. ive told him to get lost as we had agreed to the part refund and now he has gone back on his word asking for more... ive stated this to paypal. and hopefully now it goes in my favour why do you have to give any refund it was his courier lost it ,must be insured by his courier , I think you are being skanked
