    They can refuse bail even if condition met I was on bail 4 month did all say answer bail at 7pm was held till court next day then bang on remand was for 16 weeks then found not guilty at trial sued em back nearly £90 a day false imprison haha almost seemed worth it shameful as sound got 9000 back
