    I been lucky seen a lot of workin grey all the 1 I seen that had long workin carer all was weighed in as pup, make sense really track dog dont need or learn sense running around in big circle. I wud never bring 1 in off a track I say more failed attempts of making 1 take on role of lurcher for a lifetime, in less learnt from pup and gave field craft. u be shocked they hav more blow then peeps give em credit and if sensible quite sterdie but wat put people off is to get good breedin in grey u gotta open ur wallet and get ya wonga out they aint cheap But IMO well worth the investment

    On the money my mate got 1 he paid over 2000 for 2 coursin grey pup from Ireland been reared as lurcher and tell ya they can hunt one died last yr tho punchin way above his weight n 1 he still running now I forget out [BANNED TEXT] a grey good dog and I no he earnt there price back already especially on the big brindle 1 that still kickin

    In fairness ther was a lot of deerhound types killin the prices had a line not just deer/grey tho in the 70's-80's killin 3's 4's n 5's in the day but since the saluki took off the old type died out plus coursin changed the old dog used to be field and fen lampin moochin coursin and all but now the game has become more out for dog for job kind of thin

    I think your forgetting a lot of foxes are killed in the name of pest control not just for the love of it. I'm not into foxes, don't see the point if you can't eat it.I did say first unles pest control baw. I dnt perposly look for fox if 1 cumes by on my travel I run him but 1 dog 1 fox

About the bull x thin its fairer then 2 dogs on the go fox stands no chance at all to get away if that wat u like own a gun. Regards fair fightin then if a 20 stone man fights a 13 stone man 1 on 1 that's not a fair fight then in ur view but 2 men of say 11 stone each against 20 stone man is a fair fight
