    It never ceases to amaze me the amount of people in gyms trying to beef up doing muscle specific exercises either on machines or free weight......targetting the smallest muscle groups with isolations......then when you ask how long they,ve been training they say " well im into my third month now " .....absolutely drives me mad !!......usually doing 21,s for biceps as its a nice showy muscle you can almost read their thought process !
