I don't believe in the Bible or any other organized religion so unfortunately we're on different elevations.

We're all animal people, know but about breeding n genetics etc....We know without out crossing breeds become defunct. There must have been our crosses for all the different types of people around the world to evolve in the different ways we did? Probably all our mitochondrial DNA can be traced to Eve but there must have been new genes inserted into the pool to allow healthy population growth???
-
Same question applies!
-
I get ya. I thought it meant everyone on the planet was related to Eve.
-
Im not sure if you're serious or taking the piss?
-
My only issue with that is the idea of interbreeding. Evolution decided too much interbreeding will finish any species but we all descendants from one female?? But I think there must have been our crosses along the way.
-
Science is evolving all the time so is our story. I don't believe we're all descendants of one small tribe because that would inevitably lead to inbreeding which would mean extinction. I buy more into the different human type evolving and interbreeding in different parts of the world and leading to a dominant but varied genetic gene pool.

Sure at one time they think now at least 5 human like species existed on the planet. Until proven otherwise the general excepted theory is modern humans are the number one species for about 100,000 yrs.

It was thought for example the celts brought the language to Ireland but there's references to places and descriptions of places that go back in our language that predates well before the "arrival" of the celts. Common understanding up to now was 10,000 yrs ago we were all hunter gatherers living in nomadic tribes etc....but recent discoveraries in Turkey show that up to 12,000 yrs ago there were very established, settled cultures buildings sophisticated monuments.... So DNA science and modern archeology is debunking alot of what we thought was true.
-
1000 yrs ago is nothing in comparison to our true history, it's basically modern history.
-
Dna science has proven there were probably 3 distinct migrations into Ireland, probably England too. Stonage Hunter Gathers from Iberia, then the farmers from Middle East then the beaker people from Ukraine. We are all definitely a mix of these. Similar in Ireland though, it's was thought the Celts had a much big impact on Irelands history but dna has proved thats not the case. Dna has proven that it's more likely Celts didnt have the impact it was thought and that Celtic language for example may basically already have been here and the Celts were more of a mix of already established cultures.

The ancient myths although they've been exaggerated and turned into magical stories hold the truth at their core.

For any of the Irish on here. This is fascinating. What's more it seems to confirm what the mythology tells.

Most people can only go back about 3/4 generations but we've modern humans have at least 300 generations in their make up. We're all made up of different waves of immigration at different times over the millennium. No one is pure blooded anything.

Recently got a working line GS bitch pup. Most recent pics of her and Russell out swimming. She very smart, agile jumping fences n walls twice her height no bother, follows the Russell every where, she'll definitely do a bit of hunting, how good?? we'll see. The guard instinct in her is very strong, she's super smart. We had a huge GSD before he was great guard dog and would dig rats with terrier but no where near as agile or fast as the working line bitch. Im gonna train her to the lamp, don't expect much return in numbers but it'll keep her fit. A big ears got up in front of her recently an

Spent the weekend fishing over in Gaeltacht area in West Ireland. Camped two nights, fished a local pier and blanked on the Fri night had a charter booked from Innis Mór island on the Saturday. We all had plenty of fish to the feathers and I got a nice pollack to a jig head on the light spinning rod which was good fun. My young lad got biggest fish of the day. Threw plenty back and could've had lots more if we kept going with the feathers but we'd enough maks got to fill the freezer with bait for a good while. Great weekend.

Went out to walk a permission today, really just keep Zaras field craft education up and to see the lay of the land and if there's any bunnies back. Very happy with the pup, ignoring all stock even when curios and aggressive calfs n horse came close she never reacted. She's getting through gates and jumping fences etc...no bother. Nothing phases her so Im delighted with her education so far. Got a nice little hunt off a squidgers for the terrier, at this time of yr I don't make any effort to catch.
