  1. Forgot to say, that was for approx 330miles
  2. £40 For up to 6 birds Gnipper, and i presume it would be door to door? Not bad at all when you consider at my local pet shop they are selling single plain green canaries for £25.99 EACH!
  3. you have a PM from prying eyes I presume you no longer want the birds now Earth?
  4. Spot on Paul Not wanting to burst your bubble Saxon, but just to prepare you for the worst incase it happens.
  5. She is not using the leg at all, she sort of lies on her chest on the perch with the bad leg out behind her.
  6. I cannot tell what is wrong Paul, i have since noticed her longer middle toe does have a cut/sore bit to it though?

    Couriers.

    Top man Paul...they do
  8. When i went in the aviary she was sitting in one of the large D cup feeders, so hopefully she will be the same...phew.

    Couriers.

Does anyone know of any couriers who will transport canaries? Pigeon ones perhaps? I can remember a thread a while ago about a reptile courier who would transport dogs, i would assume he might also do canaries?
  10. Just been to check the canaries and my favourite hen is not using one of her legs. I had someone here and we were catching some and i wonder if she has knocked it then. What are the chances of it healing itself or am i able to do anything for her? She is still flying about and managing to land on perches with her good leg, there is no visible damage? She is such a sweetheart i will be gutted if i have to cull her.
  11. God you are hard work Or perhaps i should stop talking in riddles That is what i said....when i said you wouldn't take a Husky/Arctic etc
  12. Have they looked into any auto immune disorders? Not sure what you meant by inflamed cells? Dogs do not need to have all the symptoms, mine did not. Symptoms of canine autoimmune hemolytic anemia vary in severity (from very mild to fatal) depending on the titer of red blood cell autoantibodies and the dog’s general health. Fatality is most likely to occur when there is severe and rapid red blood cell destruction or liver involvement. However, fatality can also result from secondary complications. These complications include the release of coagulants from dying red blood cells. These
  13. I completely understand where you are coming from, and am also aware that unless something has actually happened to you (You as in a collective, not you personally) you cannot imagine how things can be, if someone has only ever owned a very friendly bull terrier then they will never comprehend the opposite. But i think the opposite scenario can also apply.
  14. If you had looked at the whole conversation rather than jumping down my throat you would have realised that the conversation i was having with Duncan was about PBT ( pit bull terriers ).....thats why i highlighted his post in my own And your other statement about Dalmations and Huskies is equally wrong...................how many perfectly healthy Dalmations and Huskies have been put to sleep due to idiotic owners ? how many Damations and Huskies have caused mayhem on the streets on an international scale ?.....have there been plans put in place for over 20 years to exterminate the breeds
  15. According to this it will be... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lambing_Live If i remember rightly it is about the end of March/April time
  16. And people wonder why 90 % of the greatest sporting dog in the history of canine existence...................................has become a useless lump of shit good for nothing but " being a nice pet " The title of the thread is Bull breeds Gnasher. Not just one particular breed or lines. Not everyone is on about fighting bred bulls you know. You dont need to have coach and horses to own a dalmation, or a sled to own huskies. But if you want a huskie, dont get one from the Arctic
  17. Is that a pure Ko? The photo is tiny so hard to make out but the shape does not look right?
  18. Some horrible hedging there, rather you than me
  19. Not the dogs faulty as already said, but still absolutely gutting, especially when you have put a lot of time into breeding etc.
