    As I said i my post Fonzie - the lad gives me regular updates and it's worked out well. I'da kept him here rather than let him go to an arsehole. I'da hated to see that big collie kill him. I'da worked around it though if I hadn't been able to get him away to a decent lad. The wee dog might not have reached his full potential though...which woulda been a shame.

Jan Moir wrote a really good piece in yesterday's Scottish Mail basically saying that one day...maybe one day normal folk'll have had efuckingnuff!!!!!     My Dad used to do that when i was young.........have a bottle of Limeade beside his chair and if i asked for a drink he said "Yes"...he'd take a big drink and then pass me the bottle....f***ing floaters swimming about. Half food and the other half probably roll-ups. And i wonder why i grew up never being able to drink from the same can or bottle from anybody.... This old guy was a walking fkn health hazard. I'da died of thirst before I shared the cream soda porridge!!!

    Spoke to a farmer the other day and he was telling me that it cost's him £400 to fill his sheep float up!!! And the government will scoop up at least £240 of that in tax...go figure 'cause I'm fkd if I can!!!!

    Used to work with a guy who brought banana and black pudding sandwiches to work every day - and a glass bottle of cream soda. And even in the midde of winter he'd never bring a flask of soup, coffee or tea? He had no teeth and used to eat with his mouth open, chomp, chomp, chomp and talk at the same time!!!! By the end of the day you shoulda seen the shit floating in the 3/4 drank cream soda bottle. And before we headed for home the dirty old b*****d would neck the lot!!!!!

    I bought a pup direct from Brian in summer of 2011 by Bully out of Poppy. Really good looking pup and did all I asked of him. As keen as I have ever had - up for anything!!!! A genuine 'hold back' job - but sensible and steady with it. However, he didn't get on with my big first x collie greyhound. They hated each other - to be fair, the collie was the problem more than the terrier. He is hell around small dogs and would have killed the terrier in the blink of an eye!!!     I remember reading these posts when the first appeared. Just came across them again. Brilliant to read and the pics are great. We've just had friends emigrate to Oz and the pigs they've e-mailed us are fantastic - warm and glorious!!!! Jealous? Maybe??? Keep them coming Tsayad. Thank you.

    Utter shit that!!!! We've moved to new place and at the minute mine's inside and they are "real working lurchers" won't be any better or worse for being outside!!! Best dog I ever had was kennelled all his working life (spent last two years inside) and he'da been every bit the dog he was if I'da kept him inside.Once the kennels are up and done tho they'll be outside and I'm not expecting them to improve any for it. Been lots of threads like this in the past. Take care.

I can mind watching an episode recently and olive was semi naked, is it wrong I thought I'd give her one That's so wrong mate - next it'll be Mrs Butler or them big teeth o' Jack's chomping on your bell end!!!!

    He'll improve, as will most things, the more you do with him. Is he fit and sound? I have a big strong half bred collie grey who couldn't turn to save himself when he was younger but has it fairly well mastered now he's just short of 2 years old!!! Good luck Failing that phone Stan Butler!!!!!

    Dog in my avatar was still killing foxes when he was 10 years old. Some smaller breeds whippet/beddy might last a bit longer than bigger breed crosses!!! If they are grafted hard and well looked after it's surprising how long they'll go on for. On the other hand I have known dogs well past it at 6 years old - probably could've been dealt a better hand in the 'well looked after department tho'?
