    Iv'e got 13 of these. May be able to get hold of a few more. If anyone wants any, I can bring them to the comp. They were manufactured in July 2011 and have been on trickle charge since then (Don't ask) All procedes to Make a Wish charity. Say £2 or £3 each, possibly a £5 ?? If no one wants any of them, they will be re-cycled. Arch.

    Glencoe's nice. The drive up from Tyndrum and over Rannoch moor is spectacular. A drive all the way down Glen Etive is worth a go. Nothing there when you get there, but just quite. TBH, anywhere on the West coast is always going to be nice.

    Had to go back today to finish off the job. Still there and took these pictures. Hope they came out alright, I can make the Birds out here. Hope you can.

    great stuff ossie glad they went back,its just a shame i never took pics as a kid and left the eggs alone but we all done stupid things growing up and the field craft i learned over the years is helping me now finding nests i would never have found as a younster Yep, was good to see. We didn't think the parents would carry on as if nothing had happened, but they did. We should have taken some pictures too.

    House. Me folks weren't pub people and i'm not either. Having said that, I don't think you can beat the taste of a pint of real Ale from a pub. Bottle/Tinned Ale comes nowhere close. There is a place nearby that just sells Bitter, Mild and Lager. A few spirits and something for the women. No till, the money is on the back counter. No juckbox or fruit machine and always a roaring fire in the winter. Be careful if you sit down, coz you'll be in someones place. Proper pub. I'm not really sure why it's still going TBH. The Bass is spot on though, maybe thats it.

    We had to change a pole over today. Inside the cable guard that was running up the side of pole was a Great Tit nest with 7 or 8 chicks. We tried our best to take the guard off as carefully as possible. We managed to save the nest and put it into a new guard and leant it against an Ash tree. The parents were about but didn't go to the new nest site. When we'd finished, we put the nest back into some of the old cable guard and nailed the gaurd back on the new pole. We didn't think the tits would return. We left site for dinner, but when we'd finished we had to return to the next field to ma

    Fecking hate bad manners. Manners cost nothing. Please and thank yous. Holding doors open. Waving if someone lets you pass in your car. Same with table manners and knowing how to eat. Fast food has a lot to answer for with eating food with your fingers rather than on a plate with a knife and fork.     Just got back from one, fished the pole up against an island and got smashed up by carp lol, had size 14 pellet hook straightened out, mind you the carp lads never hooked f**k all lol Ended up with about 8lb of nice roach and 1 carp, Old habits, as soon as I bumped a good roach on the carp rig, out came the waggler rod and fished caster and maggots, enjoyed it tbh... How do you get on mate...? Fished for about 6 hours Kev. Would've liked to have stayed longer, but the dogs hadn't been out.     I'm off to the local carp puddle in a bit, just to blow the cobwebs away. Haven't fished for pigs for years.................. I'm more of a purist me.
