  2. Hi Daz. Its a 97 hiding in a 77 ambi stock bud. I'm a lefty and my sons are both right handed, so its ideal for us. Atb C
  3. This is all so very sad indeed. I'd love to have a franchise like Hull cartridge has. A wee tighten up on QC with deburring, spring finishing and a better fitting spring guide and a top hat added with proper lube in proper amounts in the right places would put the likes of Weihrauch right back at the top. These changes would be minimal in expense and should be part of their standard service in my mind. Whats with all the jelly shite and sharp edges, chopped spring WHAT THE FINGLESTEENS!!!!!!! FEK SAKE!!! Its always been my dream to own something that could compete with zee Germans and I
  4. Had a quick blast of the York range and missed 7. OOPS!
  5. Thanks pal Gotta say that blue lami stock you have on the 97 is bloody mind blowing.
  6. As mentioned before you can't go wrong with these guns. This is my pride and joy which I have stripped and polished the Rekord trigger, polished the internals stuck on a 77 lami stock and adjustable butt pad. It has the legendary Steve Pope V-glide internals which have transformed it from a great air rifle to a magnificent piece of supreme accuracy. I still can't believe how good this little gun shoots. Regards and all the best with your 97 when it arrives Chris.
  7. Weihrauch HW80 - £180 second hand V- mach kit (fac) - £ tuned by me - Zilch Total - £260 Puts out almost 20fpe and with all the work I've done it passes the pellet on the turret test (sometimes slides a little but never jumps) Deadly accurate cheap and as long as I'm alive its going nowhere. P.S. I'm away to spend a few quid on it, I'm sending of the piston to be worked on by a guy on ebay who's work looks great, my buttoning works fine but I'm letting him loose with 2 delrin rings on the piston and a fixed to the back block spring guide to hopefully make it even sm
  8. Yi canny beat a bit of slow mo. Gonna try them in my fac80 on bunnies. Cheers Chris.
  9. Has to be .177 mate. My preferred calibre these days plus Its mostly for my son to shoot pigeons with and he likes .177 too.
  10. A bit out over my budget but a good enough offer thanks.
  11. As above. New or old working or broken. Cash waiting Chris
  12. As above any condition. Cash waiting. Chris
  13. This is for my 8 year old so no hw100s unfortunately :-) Chris
  14. Here is a spare unit I have stripped and cleaned. The sears are polshed and the trigger is set with a new adjuster spring. Ready to pop in and will improve the gun and help with accuracy. Chris £35 posted
  15. Hi folks due to a small accident which saw my air cylinder leave my lathe at a fair old rate of knots and narrowly missing my brain box on route to the block wall 20 feet away, left a fair dent in the wall and totally destroyed the cylinder and lathe chuck jaws. Had spent a day getting the cylinder cleaned up to but never mind sh!t happens, and it missed me lol. Any age or condition will do so long as the end block and cylinder match properly. Regards Chris Western. P.S I'll post a pic of my cylinder to show folks how dangerous lathes can be. Edit - I'd take a complete too
  16. Unfortunately the gun is in a real bad way and not worthy of a good resto job, the rust pitting is just too deep so its spares and repairs. Even the inside of the barrel has rust I'm on lookout for an again.
