Cheers ste, youve been quiet on here lately fella, everything ok?? havent been slagged off or had the piss taken out of me by you for at least a few weeks hahaAtb peter Yea everything good mate, just havent been able to get out for a few months as I am suffering from a lack of permision at the moment and work has really kicked off recently, so havent realy had mutch to say. Not sure of the model wurz, they are solid and go on for years and years (nice to shoot too), I know an old boy who has happily been shooting away from time to time with his for around 30yrs, oh yea. . . and dont touch the trigger mech as apparently its like clockwork in there mate. .atb. .ste. -

I used this peice of advice, my pup wouldent retreve a dummy, but would retreve a squeaky pheasant, so I doubled them up, threw the phezzer a couple of times so she got the idea, then alternated them in the way suggested above during a fetch session in the yard Now retreves the 1lb dummy when its thrown without a flinch. Wanted to get rid of the fezzer anyway, squeaker was driving me mad She is a lot softer mouthed on the dummy aswel. Thanks Next step, stiching a pair of pelts to the dummy. .atb. .ste.

Read mike1458's (a trusted freind) post again, he told it as a matter of fact. No doubt in my mind. So then "Ben" please explane why after 2hrs and 1 post, hunter1989, webby1, davyt and myself were added as freinds. Coincidence. . . . I THINK NOT!! It will come milsy, just you wait, we all have a couple of bad shoots, 51% of shooting is comfidence , the rest devided between experiance, competance, equipment and fieldcraft in my opinion. Keep your chin up the big bags will come, if the rifle don't suit just try another, you'll get there mate. Use the force .atb. .ste. I look at it like a putt on the green, visualise the ball droping into the hole before you make the shot, rabbits I have shot have died twice, once in my mind and once when the trigger is pulled. Dont want to sound like im preaching (because im not) just so

Fry, you are not the only one who has been giving a wide berth. . . . . Theres loads!! Sometimes people just have to be TOLD! To understand, if knowbody says anything (as has been the case for a while it seems) then the air never clears and the tention reamains and worse of all, people avoid the forum! Im sure it will grow on you millsy (as long as it dosent put on weight as it grows ), they shure look a thing of beauty. Are they realy that heavy?? Is it not just a case of becoming acustom to the extra weight? On the plus side, the extra weight will fetch you more cash at the scrappers! O.k, o.k im letting it drop now lol Hope you manage to thrash things out with it at the range mate Let us know how you get on As wurz says the problem is your new permision is too big Anyway wheres smoggy and whats his excuse?
