  2. just got a reply from the seller on ebay about this battery being able to power a 100w 12v lightbulb. http://www.ebay.com/itm/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=400243203003&ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:US:1123#ht_2939wt_902 this is what he said, "Dear friend The item it is just for 12v equipment, almost all 12v equipment. The current can auto match by the equipment. If the lightbulb can power in 12v, You can use it, Thanks." dont know if he is talking crap to get the sale, but we will find out if i get enough pay this week im gunner buy one and see.
  3. make sure you try and work new starters in sets that have rabbits in them. nothing worse then trying to get new ferrets down a set when theres nothing home. i know you can never be sure theres rabbits home but just dont try to put them in sets you can see havent been used for along time. i hand feed my ferrets and give them a squeak everytime i give them abit. now when i squeak they come running. i can walk the field and they will follow me like dogs lol. as said above very handy when your out. make sure they get used to being handled, its a nightmear when you spend half your day tryin
  4. who do you talk to about buying stuff off this site? i want a 22ah lithium with a 210 variable lamp but they dont have a kit listed only the 170 lamps are in the kit.

  9. the 6.8ah is £40.69 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DC-12V-6800mAh-Super-Rechargeable-Lithium-ion-Battery-/320494008476?pt=US_Batteries&hash=item4a9eee789c#ht_3984wt_952 2 of these together would be 13.6ah for £81.38
  10. just done a quick search on ebay again and came across this one! it will allow a 1000ma current, which after a quick google 1000ma = 1amp 100w = 0.83 amp so in theory this should power a 100w bulb. 4.8ah 12v lithium for £37.56 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DC-12V-4800mAh-Super-Rechargeable-Lithium-ion-Battery-/220704778671?pt=US_Batteries&hash=item336307a9af#ht_3168wt_702 all the rest ive looked at before on ebay have had a problem of being limited to what they will power as there designed for low powered cameras ect.....
  11. just got the full price delivered for the clulite 18.4 and it came to £188.40 so only 30 odd quid cheaper then the deben 22ah lithium.
  12. just looked and the 18.4ah cluelite lithium £147+vat deben 14ah lithium £159 anyone got the cluelite one yet to try? they do the 9.2ah then they must double them up to make the 18.4ah.
  13. if theres any young hunters wanting to start out in darlington that would like the odd day out send me a pm. i go out a couple of times aweek and have a few lads ready and willing to come along but sadly they live to far away for me to pick them up everytime i fancy a couple of hours mooch or a quick shine. sometimes it adds 2 hrs or more onto my days hunting by the time ive picked them up and dropped them off. ferreting, shooting, lamping, day time mooching i do most things. looking for a GENUINE kid who is wanting to learn and keen, not someone who will text me at the last second
  14. I got the same on my bull mate and it's to wide. Do yourself a favor and go 1.5" wish I had on my bull. My mates run 2" on there bulls and like them so it's each to there own really. I also got black and brass on all my 1.5" on the other dogs but the 2" is in black and silver as the brass fittings on the 2" are special order.
  15. were abouts are you mate? if your close to darlington ill give you a hand to build one. got plenty of tools if you buy the wood.
  16. have you tried backing away as he is walking towards you mate?
  17. my next plan with her is just to keep her on the lead for a few weeks just watching other dogs run. been trying to get her to rag on dead bunnys and she is slightly better at mouthing them now. also planning to get her out ferreting and let her nail a few in the nets. first she killed them and brought them back, then caught them and they were alive and started to drop and chase them a few times, then she started to catch them drop them and walk away leaving them to keep running, then she started to run up to them stop and walk back to me. gave her a few very very easy slips and she just lets
  18. my dog pup was like that mate, then one day out the blue he just decided he wanted to have a go. i really thought he would never be any good but he has surprised me. mine suddenly switched on at 10 months mate, showed no interest what so ever till then. maybe youll just have to wait it out mate. my little bitch has gone the other way, show alot of interest at a young age, had a few on the lamp and a couple that slipped out me hands threw the day and has no decided she`s not bothered anymore and has stopped showing interest. im really struggling with this one.
  19. im out in abit mate. taking the older pup giving the bitch a time out tonight, carnt cope with being dissapointed for another night lol. good luck mate, hope all goes to plan for you.
  20. thanks for the advice lads. ive calmed down alot now again lol. she really dose test me at times. i she carry on and try the advice ive been given and see what happens. ps, my dad said today she might be the kind of dog that just carnt be bothered with bunnys or the lamp. he recons she is more then likely a day time big ear dog. he is not an amazing dog man but had his fare share as a younger man.
  21. Cheers lads. Thing is she is spot on at retrieveing all the time with toys, skins and dummy's. Even dead bunnys she will bring them back time after time. It's just like she is bored and carnt be botherd to do it with live bunnys in the field. Carnt even be bothered to chase them when there right in front of her running away.
  22. I've had the same idea mate. The other idea I've had is to get her out ferreting and let her rag a few in the net and catch a few bolters get her drive up.
  23. dont know mate sorry. took him on with no info on him.
