    he about 25kg but his weight depends what condition he is in, and 21/22"tts if his legs were just a couple of inches longer and he had just that bit more speed he would of made a cracking dog. carnt knock him for trying though, he bit nuts some times though threw fences and hedges. i dont really have the kind of work for him that he would be good at so he is unproven in certain fields. he has had a couple of bunnys but he mainly just bushes for me while im out mooching.

    well i just dont use the foods that have been listed to be avoided. will your dog really suffer if it wasn't fed, grapes, chocolate, onion and garlic? just because they dont show signs of problems from eating them do you really think taking the risk is worth it? its not like your dog wont be able to run as fast or see as well if they dont eat them. theres plenty of other food out there which is very good for them so why not just leave them out, even if you think its alot of crap. my nanna died at 96 and smoked alot every day of her life, yet i know smoking is bad for you and would

    dont get me wrong i dont go mad on the pigs balls but they do get them as a treat every now and then, you would be surprised how much they love them. mine also get lamb racks of ribs, beef cock roots which are pure muscle meat along with other bits. all my dogs get a good variety of meat simply because i can get just about anything i want from work. along with what i hunt. there base food is lamb heart, beef skirt, beta puppy and raw veg.

    i think its just advisory not to feed grapes and raisins to dogs. they are toxic but alot of dogs will get away with eating them and show no signs of ill affect. just because they show no signs of illness dosent mean there ok for them to eat. grapes contain a certain chemical which is known toxic to dogs so whether your dogs has eaten them for years with no problems or not ide say dont feed them no more. same as a few other foods like onions are pretty bad for dogs as well. i was advised to keep away from baby food with my dogs as they can contain a high amount of onion. obviously

    ive also been using boiled up pigs bollocks lately lol, they friggin love them and then the jelly left to set mixed into there dry food they demolish the lot.

    is that sweet corn jenky ? if so how are they at digesting it i think theres raw rabbit in that mince in the picture as well. i thought ide try the sweet corn minced up as when ive fed it before in whole bits it just passes threw them. to be honest i never noticed any in the crap after so it must have been digested. saying that i never really poked around in it looking lol they dont get the same thing every meal, i try and change there veg around abit but theres only so much i can get easily and put threw the mincer. mostly its, garden peas marrowfat peas carrot broccol

    i had puppys a few weeks old eating small amounts of fresh mince. introduce it a little at a time and there great on it. mine has been on lamb heart and beef muscle meat which i mince with fresh veg since he was 6 weeks old normal feeding for my pup breakfast is a bowl of goats milk with beta puppy dry food. beta puppy left in his cage while im at work raw meat for tea with veg beta puppy left in his cage over night he also gets additional, tinned fish and salmon trimmings minced in to his meat when i can get it.. my patterdale pup is on just about the same only he

    we got 12 today,3 full of young. this morning was the first HARD frost weve seen. ive only had about 4 trips out with the ferret as waited till the cover died back. short season for me. only got a couple of trips left and there ones that i have to do for a guy to clear certain hedge rows, which ive been putting off till the proper frosts get here! as for lamping, ill still be going out for a while yet as the dogs dont take that many if im honest but not while the ground is frozen solid like the last couple of days.

    i know moll personally and she is a top girl! ive seen her serious side when hunting and its just her and the dog away across the fields, she went one way, we went the other. but it dosent have to be like that all the time, a good day out having a laugh, guys getting together with there dogs and enjoying the company. to many ppl on here talk the talk about being hunters doing this and that and you shouldn't be doing that. why don't yer just get out and enjoy yourself. there's a time and a place to be serious but there's nowt better then getting a load of decent mates together and

    drontal tablet mate. much easier then the liquid. never had a problem using the tablets broken into small bits for puppys. each quarter dose 2.5kg. i used panacur liquid for a pup 3 day corse. got nothing out of him, week after used the drontal tablet and got 3 massive worms out of him at 6 weeks.

    you mean if its getting away from one dog you slip another dog on it to make sure it dosent get away? dont and wont do it. if the quarry gets away it deserves to live. i suppose it depends on the quarry weather you need more then one dog to do the job but just slipping extra dogs on something thats getting the better of the first dog is pathetic.
