Why is it when someone sais "collie x" a lot of people hear "hancock"? There are collie crosses out there that werent bred by that puppy peddling wanker as well! Iv got one. Someone mentioned beirdie x. Well my dogs beirdie x grey x border x grey. He is spot on with rabbits and before the ban he was also spot on with fox. I personally cant be arsed with fox, cant eat um, whats the point. But after walking 3 or 4 fields and seeing f**k all and then a fox pops up.............. He also loved bigger stuff

You need to open it up and flush it out thouroughly with salt water and the tip some hydrogen peroxide in it to kill off any germs. THEN staple it closed. I defo wouldnt use glue in this situation. After stapling spray with purple spray. Give 2 of the antibiotics in my link above a day. No improvement its the vets http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Skin-Stapler-veterinary-medical-working-dog-pet-first-aid-emergency-wounds-cuts-/261097804017?pt=UK_Pet_Supplies_Dogs&hash=item3ccaa450f1

Yes. Just use a sprayer from the garden centre. And you dilute it first with mineral oil. Depends on what % you get tho so read instruction on the tin

Mange is caused by a mite (tiny insect) that burrows in the skin. Inject the pup with ivermec. That will kill all skin based parasites. DONT USE IVERMEC ON COLLIES OR COLLIE CROSSES THOUGH! Another good treatment for it is Benzol benzoate (see link). I would give it a good worming. And 2 weeks later give it another good worming. Just seen this on facebook Kent police make an arrest and will be issuing this statement later: A man has been arrested following a number of dog thefts in the Sittingbourne area in the last month. Six dogs have been reported stolen since 22 January, although four of the animals have been recovered safe and well. A 22 year old male from Sheerness has been arrested for the thefts and bailed pending further enquiries until 27 February. ... Officers would like to trace the driver of a white panel van with rear doors seen in the areas where many of the thefts occurred. Investigating officer D

Well it aint a hare dog for starters! Thats not to say it wont do the odd hare, it will. But it certainly wont be taking 3 out of 3 every day for the season. It should be good on rabbits, although it might crunch them a bit. But i think something like that is more of a fox and deer dog (preban or in ireland of course )

Heres my one. With her first ever rabbit. She learned to jump fences. Lamping.

Above all be patient! Yes he will need time to learn EVERYTHING! From jumping over fences to the fact that ground in the real world is uneven etc etc. Also he will need to learn that he has to slow down and use his gears. He will also knock himself about a bit untill he has learned these things. BUT if you persivere you will have a f*****g good dog! I have one, i had many thoughts along the lines of "lets give up, this is never going to work", i became an expert at repairing cuts and bruises. But i did persevere because im not one of those c**ts who pass a dog about at the drop of a hat the li

My beagle x jrt did the same thing 2 days ago. Lucky i was only 20 yards away. He jumped the fence ok, his back foot got tangled in the wire and he swung from it screaming his guts out! I ran over and lifted him up, turned him round, pushed him back under the top strand and stood there for 5 minutes untangling the wire from his foot. He knew i was trying to help him so he calmed down and let me get on with it. Foxes dont think like that, they live by the sword so they "know" your going to kill them. As such they will do their best to bite you if you get to close to their gobs! Lol! Tomo yo
