  1. My lad is 7/8 whippet and 1/8 beddy and iv never had a problem with him being hard mouthed. In fact untill he learned what he was doing iv had a few get out of his mouth! Lol!
  2. It depends on which active ingredient the bait contained and how much theyve eaten. The antidote is vitamin k1, not vitamin k. Unless theyve eaten shitloads they will be fine.
  3. Google dog lost mate. There very good
  4. I see no reason why rabbits would ruin a dog for hares. In fact a dog can learn a lot by having its first season concentrating on rabbits. They can learn prey sense, how to read the prey and get in the way when its about to turn for cover boxing it back into the open, they can learn how to strike, they will build their experience and their confidence.
  5. Heres mine (the brindle one). Saluki whippet greyhound out of fred holmes stock back to sooty sam whippet. She is fast as fook and so agile its like she is on rails when she turns! Plenty of stamina too. My khan jihad sired pure saluki (the red one) has boundless stamina and works very clever. Im putting them together this year cos i of course i need a pup! Lol!
  6. Find her a different hob for a few hours
  7. Shout her name and blow the dog whistle and let her see you walkin in the opposite direction mate. Dont look back. Walk quickly. She will soon come back
  8. Had some better results with using sandwich ham from the fridge, chopped up into small pieces, I wil cook some sausage up and take her out again later This kind of sausage works well too and it has a longer shelf life. But you can use anything along those lines. Bacon, black pudding, bits of grilled chicken breast..................
  9. HIGH VALUE treats are the way forward. Dont bother with a bit of kibble or markies or shapes etc. Get a cheap bag of frozen sausages, grill them, cut them into smallish bits and give her 1 bit everytime her recall is spot on. Just go out for the walk as normal. After 10 minutes or so give her your usual "come here" comand. If she comes back give her a bit of sausage, call her good girl, stroke her head then carry on the walk. Another 10 minutes repeat the process. If she is anything like mine she will be running back to you like her arse is on fire after the 4th or 5th time. Then leave it half

I would also like to see habitual troublemakers made a thing of the past by booting them after ONE warning via pm. Warning not adhered to = gone. There are a lot of threads that start off good or have the potential to be good and then get ruined by some twat with an agenda and a keyboard hard on.
