I just get sick of the dirty little b*****ds using their dogs as nothing but a meal ticket! The c**ts only had it 2 months and "put a lot of work into it"! Its either classed as an offensive weapon or a firearm. I shouldnt think it would be classed as a firearm but i dont know without checking. Either way if your caught with it your going to get nicked for it. As for being on land without permission with it your getting nicked for one or more of these: armed trespass or trespass in pursuit of game. If you use it as a weapon: assualt with an offensive weapon OR assualt with a firearm OR assualt with a deadly weapon, they COULD potentially even call it attempted murder if you shoot it at someones head.

Yes mate they will, and also enter cover to secure quarry . Had a female lift over the top of woodland and drop like a stone, when I got over there she was grounded by the edge of the wood with Rabbit fur around her, they're certainly not the biggest birds but make up for it with their gameness. My lot get their daily walk and then they get fed at about midday. If i am going lamping that night i take them lamping and give half a scoop of kibble AFTER the nights lamping. If its been a grueler of a night they get a pinch of elecrolytes powder sprinkled over the kibble. Then they get towel dryed if wet, checked over for injuries, injuries treated as needed and then bedded down for the night.

On a farmers forum somewhere there will be a thread saying "i had a load of work to do today and i went to get the 4x4 so i could get over the far end quicker. As i was pulling out i saw a young lad who i let shoot with his airrifle walking his dog down the lane. I didnt know he had a dog, hes never mentined it at all.
