  1. I'll give you this advice for free, read the forum rules, then loose the text talk, this is not a mobile phone, continuous text talk will see your posts deleated
  2. wear latex gloves, spray the glove, then massage into the ferts coat
  3. even having a mobile phone in your pocket can make mk3's go crazy,
  4. thats great, your first post and you want stuff for free, never mind trying to contribute to the site first, just gimme some free stuff
  5. sounder beat me to it, Ill second all what he just said, maybe filling in your profile page, adding a post in the new member section, a few pictures of your dogs and kennels/set up, replying to members posts asking for advice etc, are all ways of CONTRIBUTING to the site, without even a mention of those scarce rabbits of yours
  6. funny, but doubt very much on last years papers, this list is years old, read it sooooo many times in the past
  7. top right of the page is the search option, click on it, enter a keyword, theres hundreds of pages answering your question, plus pictures

on you camera or phone, you should have a menu on photo size/resolution, set it to the lowest which is still good, but also computer friendly, you'll then be able to upload future pictures easily, for pictures you'vre already taken (probably in high resolution) you'll need to re size them, try photobucket, its a free website/hosting page that will resize them
  10. your mc donalds must be posh, we dont get TABLECLOTHS in ours
  11. simply put, a mk2 was the prototype for the mk3, the mk3 will have a squeltch knob on the rear, to fine tune when searching, theres probably a few other differences inside to do with the workings, as the mk3 came out soon after the mk2
  12. Ive got a few friends living in france, I'll e mail them and ask
  13. I have learnt something from this, ie, how new members could get put off "this site", Ive appologised for not knowing the "eticat" on shooting pheasants, yet it seems thats not enough for some, rather than take the easy option of deleating the post, Ill leave it be for the time being, hoping other "newbies" might learn from it
  14. obvious you did'nt read all the post
  15. lol, yes I could/can see the log, just wasent sure on the hole, better go to specsavers
  16. sorry fens and body grip what size fenns, 4's or 6's
  17. I always wave the locator about, you can tell by the LED's weather the ferts are moving or not, as already suggested, if you get a stationary mark, put a twig there, then if later ferts come up blooded, it gives you a place to dig,
  18. Well with him saying fenn traps my guess would be they are set in the holes and covered over . I asked as I couldent see any holes either
  19. I would have put a single fert back down, hoping she'd return to the rabbit, get a location with the finder and start digging, even if the fert popped out again, it may have been a rabbit in a dead end with more behind it , have had four rabbits in this situation myself, plus not a lover of leaving an injured or dead rabbit
