    Recently bought a new pup to bring on .She's Saluki/Greyhound x Whippet. At the minute she's 5 month old and stands at 19 inch to the shoulder. Just wondered if anyone had any ideas what height she will make and at what age do longdogs of this breeding usually finish growing (height wise) ? Thanks Sambo

    Theres no myth about it, It is what me and the other fella said, A different term for albino It's not a term for an albino ferret at all lol. A greyhound ferret is supposed to be a thinner, more mobile and athletic strain of ferret. These agile ferrets do exist but i dont think they are that much different from normal ferrets that they need a different name to categorise them. It's nothing to do with the colour. Obviously ferrets have different qualities about them,but a ferrets a ferret.

    Just wondered if any lads fancied a day out with me and my mate with the terriers just generally having a mooch about and doing a bit of bushing.I'm 18 myself and my mates 17.We'v got 5 terriers between us and just bought a lurcher pup a piece to bring on. Were in south yorkshire near sheffield and just fancy meetin some other genuine lads for a day owt. pm if interested. Cheers Sambo

    If lurchers and Longdogs were used on fox Pre ban then do you think this made them hard mouthed on other quarry (rabbit and hare) e.g. ? I'v been told this is the case and just wanted some opinions. Thanks, Sambo

    I'v heard that they die really easily and are overmatched by a terrier quickly.If this is true then i dont think they are like 'big rats' at all as a brown rat of this size would be really hard to tackle for a terrier.
