    these types when we bred them back yrs ago litters can be different from same parents but all turned out good little pot dogs and some little stunners do get produced having kept pure whipps and none registered whipps i would allways go for a well bred whirrier type for general pest controll in all types of weather and working on rough ground killing rats on tips waste sites they excell ferriting general country mans dog with low maintainance easy ta keep great little dogs

    russell whipps use to be lots about some yrs back but still can be found asing quality stock both sides can produce decent little grafters rats rabs feathered game these dogs were my favourite type for nocking about bushing fereting etc ya dont get the same attention has ya do when out and about with some crosses

    i would put that back to a good quality deerhound greyhound dont want to lose theinfluence of the deerhound and the qualitys this type gives

    first may i say cracking looking pups and very well reared nice quality but ill just have ta say making statements like no reverse gear his dam ludicrious now these animals may work to some degree but that bitch in the pic his hardly got any trade on her perhaps she hasint been tested to the full on heavy quarry to really findout about these gears believe me they all have a breaking point its down to the handler to no when enough his enough for one night days work etc

    theres allways one clown its enough having stock taken without some one making jibes when a mans down well lets hopeya wake up to the seriousness of this theft birds dogs etc its all the same to the dedicated stockman good luck mate in retrieving your birds because ya going to need it been in same boat mesen on more than one occasion so lets have some vigilance at local markets stock sales etc

    its abot 22 ya right with collie kelpie structure basically bred as a ferreting dog marking etc hares well a dont no about that but remember any lurcher continually worked will knock the odd off now and again this dog was from gem if my memory servs me correct back to a whipp grey

    my advice would be run ya dog first season on rabbs getting use to picking up of course depends if the dogs bred for the job ya usually find well bred dogs for fox work just take to it theres no hard fast rules its knowing when the dogs ready
