No ones said every full timer is better than every weekender, but IMO and its only that, is that if someone's doing a job, what ever that may be, on a full time basis, they will become experienced a lot quicker than someone who only does it when spare time allows, and the way I see it is knowledge grows from experiences. Would you not agree that if you took 50 full timers and compared them to 50 spare timers that the former would have on average more experience and what ever else comes with that??
