Got agree with that...its a stage act, might be a bit strange to us, but I think a lot of his stuff is aimed at kids with disabilities... got to be careful chucking out such allegations imo

Singing and playing acoustic mate... Don't play in a band anymore, but occasionally pick the guitar up, not as often as i should or would like. I do miss playing, its hard work and takes up a lot of time, but its a brilliant when it goes well... Just keep at it mate, when things really click it becomes quite natural, then you try and progress again and hit another wall...it can get frustrating at.times, but worth sticking at..

Brilliant Steve, sounds a top day mate...
-
Keep at it Ray, its all about practice, sounds like you've got the bug and that's the main part... once you've got the chord shapes sorted you can concentrate on your rhythm hand. I picked up the guitar at 17 as I was in awe of my best mates uncle who played in a few bands, toured Germany back in the day... he was an amazing musician.. he taught me a few chords and id lay in bed with headphones on plugged into an amp and make horrible noises lol... he put a band together with me, I sang and played a bit my brother played bass, and his nephew played drums, we also had another of his nephe

Manners maketh a man...or so they say... I tend to agree, I think basic manners and a bit of confidence gets you where you want in life...I dont think parenting comes natural to any of us mate, I had a bit of a wake up call when Fin was a baby and Mrs was pregnant with Isla, I had to change a bit to keep the family, coming from an unusual upbringing it was important to me so I made the effort...ego and bullshit had to be put to one side lol

Buble would send a glass eye to sleep mate....lol.. fair play you kept your side of the deal, id of looked for an out, would've been expensive mind! Lol
-
Great stuff Ray...keep at it with the guitar, it comes in the end..I played for 20 years in local bands, had some great times...my lad plays guitar, my girl plays a bit of piano...I'm not a good enough player to be a good teacher, but started them off... they are both mad for the music mate! Singing and playing takes a bit of time abd practice, your rhythm hand needs to be solid else you go out of time...it will come in the end mate
-
Anyway ... how was Micky Bubble? Lol
-
Thank you mate Me and the Mrs were killing this morning, Isla was desperate to be down the front, meant 5 and half hours stood in one spot.. no good for my back! Lol They both love their music, Fin is doing music production at College, he enjoys it loads more than the 2 sciences he has to do... I try and encourage without bring a pushy parent mate, they're good kids, nice manners etc so happy with that. Yeah its a 1200 waverunner... got it for a steal off a company we were working with on the Hydrogen systems, company is called Gibbs Amphibians they design and build amphibious c

I hate wasting time off work, drives me mad! So Sunday we had a fish off the Jet Ski, my brother, fin and me... family evening out... was perfect, flat calm, and warm until dark.. We headed about 10 miles down the coast to beer head, on the way we saw a load of gannets diving a few miles out ..headed out and hit some fish, a few nice bass and a bucket of mackerel... The trip in was stunning, Fin drove us...he was flat out all the way..kids!! Lol Last night we were at Ashton Gate, Bristol watching the Artic Monkeys supported by The H
