i got mine from a farm store type shop, i have it on 24 7 during the coldest part of winter and have em bedded up on shredded paper, ive always done this and had no problem, dogs look miles better and keep their weight on better, than they would if they were cold, also when they come in from excercise and are wet and muddy and cold, it dries them out quickly.

in 40 yrs. of keeping lurchers, I've had one lurcher bitch stolen, and know 3 or maybe 4 other lads who have had dogs stolen over the years, non of them were stolen by travellers, they were all stolen by individual scrawny slimy little f@ckers who thought they could just thieve what ever they wanted.
