    Have used Meindl boots for years ! That should tell you something , . First had the Borneo for years and around 3 year ago i switched to the Dovre after the fella in the shop selling them to me so to speak !! Strong + long lasting on the trusty old bulldog 1-3 times a week , . PS. They old fell boots look horrible ! Remember an english fella on a day out in the west wales country wearing them.     Inbreeding is NOT the mating of any animal with a related gene ! Inbreeding is when you put , for instance - Father across daughter. You are not mixing any other bloodline/family into the bitch. You are ''IN'' breeding the same blood as the bitch.......With no outside blood ! Line breeding is when you use a dog on a bitch that has some of the same dogs/bitches in its pedigree , but also has other bloodlines[different bloodlines].     Maybe he could already see something in his dogs that he wasnt happy with.Im sure a man who had kept his own family of dogs relatively pure for as long as he had would of had good reason to bring a bitch bred the way cindy was as an outcross.Be interesting know if JP has folded Stan back into his line or did he not suit him as an outcross after all? Maybe someone on here could shed some light on the question? Surely you could ask him , saying you used Stanley on your bitch , .

    Maybe so but without good breeding behind the dogs in the 1st place you wound not have the good dogs to talk about.Any man can put a dog across a bitch and produce a worker or 2 but to do it consistently each time you breed and to keep the same line of dogs goin takes a bit of know how would you not agree. yes but i would say the working terrier wasnt a product of known 'terriermen' and their lines. but unknown lads who bred worker to worker. well bred bitch to well bred dog gives a high chance of good offspring, even if they are different lines. and i would say a higher percentage of dogs c

    I've dug out foxhounds more than once. Well , then the terrier in question could/may have let a fox past him !Surely he cannot be no-where near as big as a foxhound ! Ive seen hounds up tubes but I've never seen a fox get past a hound in a tube. Did a fox get past your lurcher in the tube??!! I'm saying if a fox bolted with a lurcher in the tube then it didn't go past the lurcher it came out a different line to the same entrance. That's the question bud.
