    When we went for a tenancy of a farm it stated that we were responsible for the control of vermin so it was up to us to do it our self or ask some to do it , also stated that the estate shoots would be carried out if we liked it or not had to let the shoot on , dont know if the same rules in scotland as in england

    next time panic buy i had plenty food muckle chest freezer was just the thought of cheers dont make sure am ok , we are suppose to get tonight and tomorrow , i wont starve still got half a pig in the freezer plenty baccy am sorted just scared of running out of drink lass that wont happen i have a well stocked drink cupboard as well, remember one time folk walked here in a blizzard got here just after lunch , we just cracked the tinnys open there was nowhere to go. Getting battered by snaw and high wind now must get the wood burner gan then just chill

    Another thing about today's folk is the community spirit has gone, i live in the back o beyond when it snows after i few days i will go round the houses and get shopping lists for who ever cant get out cause they own silly rear wheel drive cars. i was once snowed in for 3 weeks in 2001 (lived in a different part of back and beyond then lol ) everybody else managed to get out after a week get some shopping and not one of them offered or asked if i needed something man i was well pissed off.

    mines still in my old address, my hubbys still has his paper one but the address is when he used to live at home with his mam and dad hes been in 5 other address since lol plus the house it is addressed to went to ruin and has been rebuilt oops do think its time to sort it oot

    I dont think there are any companys that are great to be honest , we called bt to report branches rubbing the line and in due course the line would be fecked trying to save them some work , oh not our problem its the person that owns the ground that the tree is on could not care really , 3 weeks later yup ye guessed it no phone or broadband after calls to talk talk who then call open reach to come oot and sort it guess what the fault was , then the folk that came oot were no qualified to climb the pole , so had to wait on someone else coming

    i get my calls and line rental from talk talk , cost about 20 a month broadband from bt think its about 20 a month aswell its should have been all from talk talk but they cocked up big style. i went to talk talk for a better deal but got nothing but hassle lost the order for broadband then phone kept cocking up and getting them to fix it was a nightmare they could not get it through there thick heads that they could not contact me by mobile to arrange some one to fix it because i you dont get any network at all here, leaving talk talk and going back to everything from bt dont care if it cost

    never paid for water and sewage , water comes straight of the hill in to a tank filtered by sheep and cow shite best there is , canny drink toon water its stinks. as for sewage we either chuck in a maggot infested deed thing in the tank in summer or if its that full get the slurry tanker from farm and sook it aww oot

    it does but if ye have a stove nae need to worry aboot sparks just shut the doors , the other half likes the doors open on ours some of the time does ma tree in , but thats been banned now fking stick rolled oot he tried to burn the house down fire side rug is fecked now. lucky the hairy terrier was no in front it would have went up in flames

    oh aye managed to bag all paving slabs for nowt as well only paid for some more roofing felt , it is in need of paint but its never dry enough for long enough , i did paint it but it rained 3 hours later and washed the whole lot off

    nah i was very lucky on that buy i did offer the guy 50 quid to start with but he said no i said ok 75 is as high as i can go , i would have paid a bit more to be honest

    if you have time and for another why not we have 9 dogs 6 working collies 3 terriers did have 4 terriers but had my old one pts , was offered another terrier pup but the youngest terrier is a handful and makes up for 2 and takes up a lot of out time
