    yes chris87 I new a bloke who had greyhounds and when they had run on sand there pads used to get sore , so when he got a puff ball he would let it dry out abit then rub the dogs pads in it, and he said it makes the pads much tougher and there was something in the puff ball that helps the healing of the sore pads

    got a ferret given today but has lost most of its hair on its tail any one know why and what can I do . apart from that the ferret is in good condition and very fit

    I work on a dairy farm and I have never seen so many puffballs but didn't know you could eat them , I know greyhound men used to dry them and use them to treat there pads to harden them

    when she leaves it keepwalking towards it and stoping and tell her to fetch it even if you get right up to it , if you do get up to it and she didn't pick it up you pick it up and through it out and start again ,, after a while it will click to her what you want her to do , and when she does fetch it to you give her a good fuss.
