  1. DON'T give your dogs, what MOST people recommend, even though all these saluki/saluki cross etc, enthusiats, mainly recommend a carb diet. Dogs DON'T need carbs as an energy source, but fat and protein.
  2. Gooey, I'm assuming that your pup is about 5 months old, and eating 3 meals a day? If so, forget all that carbohydrate bullshit, and give him about 8-10 meals per week of mostly raw green tripe. You'll see a difference in his coat, weight etc, before the second week on such a diet. Don't worry, it's OK, Gooey, I know you think I don't know what I'm talking about. You keep feeding your pup mainly carbs, pasta, naan bred, dates and whatever lol. Try what I've suggested for a few months, that pure pup you have will probably be bigger than white death by the time it's 10-1
  3. Why is that a pity, mate? At least you wouldn’t have to to go through all that high fiving COMPLETE f***ing BOLLOX!!
  4. Whippets are the bees knees!! Lol
  5. Doesn't look as much of a size difference to the first pic you put up. Obviously, the saluki/ coursing bred will be bigger than the whippet. Very nice pups, mate.
  6. If I get another dog, it WILL be a whippet.
  7. @Moocher71 and James88. Just been checking, ideal height and weight for italian greyhounds is 12-15 inches tts and about 10-12lb ish weight. But there are loads that are 16-18" tts and 15-20lb in weight. Just thought it might be of interest? And, incidentally, Italian greyhounds are my 17 year old lad's favourite breed, and he's been been asking for one for about 3-4 years. But no, we ain't getting one of them.
  8. Yep, I know what you're saying mate.
  9. Also a tad of Italian greyhound blood.
  10. I'm only jesting mate. You seem like you know your onions, and have a cracking couple of pups. Good luck with them.
  11. Should be OK. Add some prey drive and sense to your saluki cross. Lol I'm waiting for someone we all know on here, to correct me!! Lol
  12. Sturdy looking tyke he is, mate. Welcome back.
  13. For you to keep on crabbing whippets the way you do, I really don't think you've seen ANY good whippets, Gooey.
