A boxer cant grab his opponent the referee will call break is he does........an mma fighter can go to the ground get in a clinch and stay there for minutes on end before the referee will stand them up.......the only real way a boxer can sneak a breather is on the move an mma fighter can literally lay down and rest his bodyweight on an opponent. He will call break but a boxer who gets hit and feels it certainly grab ons mate to save getting ko'd.

Its f**k all to do with bad luck. He ignored the signs....he was blown right over the middle of the bridge. Not only could he have killed himself he could have killed others. I couldn't get to work, lost a shift. I wouldn't bother sueing him but if he looses his job I wouldn't shed a tear. Idiot!!

Surely you see a difference between lamping a few wild rabbits off a man's land without permission, to mopping up with catapults 100 roosting pheasants that a man has bought, fed & reared!yeah I see a difference but I don't think you should go to jail for any type of poaching whether it be pheasant rabbit hare or deer or salmonDoes that include farming stockIt's rustling or theft if you steal farm livestock not poaching. Completely different. Since when did someone fork out thousands of pounds to buy rabbits, deer or hares?? Although you may get some arguments from the stalkers as some work effort and some money does go into that side of things.

It's perfectly acceptable to nick someone else's property as long as you call it "poaching" because that makes it sound all nostalgic and romantic rather than common theft. ?.....I think lots of people genuinely think like this. Also if the person who your stealing off wears tweed or drives a fancy car it's equally ok to steal of them.

With some of the replies I'd like to know when it becomes 'acceptable' to steal game birds? Obviously some think it's ok to steal them when they are released to wood but is it ok to come on to a game farm and steal them at a few weeks old. Genuine question.

Love these threads. Went to the bank a month or so ago to see if I can get funds when I remortgage....they said yes. So hopefully by the end of next year I'll have the place I've been wanting for a long time. I've already got the base....it's roughly 18ft x 24ft. Hopefully turn out exactly how I imagine it.??
