My neighbour used to have dobermans as guard dogs for years, his last 1 couldn't be let out cause it would take yer leg aff. Not being an expert in them but they pretty inteligent, maybe somebody on here who has them could fill ye in better? I like the GS myself, i'd go for a black 1.............they have that "go on, make my day look" about them.

Just 1 of those days mate!(Never had 1 myself like ). Try to relax and forget about the first few misses and not over anylise. Changing carts' wont work either in this kind of shooting, its all in the head. Poking the gun instead of swinging through usually a common factor.

They werent complaining about the snares! They simply asked if it had happened to anyone else... And wether it be gamekeeper snares, or poachers snares, it makes no difference. Poachers have been here for 100's of years, and will be for many more. Have you never walked over land with no permission on it... More directed towards hornet and chesters replies i would say?

Well said mate you are 100% correct. Snares are set for the purpose of catching things that shouldn't be there and if they are set properly and checked regularly then no one has anything to moan about.

The most usless cat i have ever seen, it had two clear chances to get over the fence and it couldn't manage it.....christ i saw 1 run clean up the side of a 2 storey house trying to get away from a JRT.

No arguments here mate but on his 1st post he actually says 'get rid'. To many people mixing up sport with pest control on here, granted its not everyones cup of tea but when a job is asked by the farmer to be done it has to be done.
