There's a 40mph speed limit at the Forth Road Bridge the now using the average speed cameras. Not sure why it's 40...,must be a safety thing. It's not like they are needing the money to help fund the building of a 3rd bridge......oh wait a minute!!

I'm more talking about motorways to be fair, I whole heartedly agree that slow limits should be adhered too in the town. I'd still argue that 20 is a bit slow and it's not the speed it's the concentration of the driver that's at fault.

There has been tv programmes made with horrendous drivers, reality tv stuff. All fun and laughing. Facts are your driving around in a chunk of metal weighing about a tonne and its lethal. If you can't handle it correctly or your scared to drive anywhere you should not pass your test. The speed limits are a joke on certain sections of road, farcical almost. It's on a par with the drink drive limit....nothing to do with safety just money making. Annoying!!!!

But some of the 'limits' are nonsense and do not represent what the cars can do now...So, because a car can do 120 mph, are you saying that you should be allowed to drive at that speed ?Why not in certain areas....? Works in Germany.And brakes in the new cars are far more advanced now. I think 30 is a fine speed for in the town, if your paying attention and nobody just jumps out in front of you then fatalities would be minor. As for motorways you should be able to do what you are confident and capable of doing. There is a big difference between what speed you think you are capable of doing

I love listening to Elvis...my Dad was a big fan so that's where I maybe get it. I don't think he had the strongest voice but he could chop it and change it to suit many different songs. He was more of a showman than an outstanding voice.

Press ups use mainly chest muscles ... Hand stand press ups use mainly shoulder muscles ......My shoulders were always stronger than my chest at the gym so that would be a bonus...??

Used to be able to do 4/5. When I started the gym work I never tried them for some reason. I got much better at push ups so I'm guessing I could have banged out a few. I'm in the process of building a gym so it's something I can practice.
