    You can't use celotex with an existing wall ? So you can't build up an inner leaf to an existing wall and use fish tail wall ties or helical remedial fixings with clips as your building it up and add celotex as you go along, others seem to think you can.. you can use celotex with an existing wall job it was done on one of my jobs i went out to check on last week as you block up you drill in the wall ties to the outside block vertically every 450mm (two blocks).     I work as a building control officer, always better to have a greater cavity width to stop any moisture traking over, with the current regs which changed last october the minium requirement for walls is 60mm celotex/ kingspan their all the same bar the name!

    Todays regs on insulation for a garge conversion, would be 60mm celotex with a minimum clear cavity of 50mm. the inner wall could be block with the insulation tight on the block cavity side or wood/ metal stud. to save on space wood or metal stud is best as the celotex is put in the stud saving you around 4"/100mm right round. Your probabily looking at least -90mm celotex for the floor, need to work out the P/A calculation. and the roof round the 300mm of rockwool.

    Cephalexin: This is one of the best drugs for skin and wound infections and I use it for almost everything. It is easy to come by without prescription, and inexpensive. Two common brand names are Keflex and Celaxin, and it is often prescribed for acne. Cephalexin only comes in oral form, and the dose is 15 mg per pound of body weight, given every 8 to 12 hours depending on the severity of the problem. If you are using a maintenance dose, give it every 12 hours. If the dog has an infection already, use it every 8 hrs. Either Cephalexin or Clavamox (see below) are “must have" drug for your vet k

    Good diet, good walks with free running, your pup will naturally get stronger as it grows. During the summer i take my terriers on a 6 mile trot on my push bike twice a week just to take the edge of them. Keeps them fit and in good shape.
