    If its just a pannel ,their is no reason it can't go in . You can't get clear pannels , but you could have a pane of glass made especially for it .

    Ok so you can get a pannel in the bottom , that they can cut for the flap . if you can get the glass out measure the size and thickness , and just buy one . Easy, should`nt be much . If you cant get one , PM me i`ll see if i can get one for you .
