  1. Your best with AA fields , the usual , JSB`s and loguns are good ..............
  2. Bloody show off !!!!! Beautiful clouds and perfect setting Kay . You have captured it very well . Is it Litchfield ? If it is , next time I'm passing , I'll have to pay more attention when I'm passing LOL
  3. Are these the 1000fps pellets ? From what I remember , they are springer pellets ? What you using them in ? Bust.
  4. Just found the same , out of 13 types , the accuracy plus were spot on .
  5. Very true Stealthy , although they are clamping down on `gun laws `. In the news yesterday , there was a lad given a five year sentence for for possesing a firearm . The `Gang culture` that the kids seem to promote is the driving force behind ths `clamp down ` Although i cant see this country doing anything properly , i suppose the though is there .......
  6. Updated airgun Laws Airguns in the UK are subject to the firearms acts, under the Firearms (Dangerous air weapons) rules 1969 they are classified as low powered Air Weapons and as such they are restricted to a maximum power of 12 foot pounds energy for a rifle and 6 foot pounds energy for a pistol. Air rifles above 12ft/lbs are classified as a Section 1 Firearm and requires a licence (FAC) otherwise known as a firearms certificate, and an Air pistol above 6ftlb is a prohibited weapon. UK Legal Limit To calculate the power of an airgun you need to use a chronograph to measure th
  7.   Snap , but your not ginger ........ Some people , just dont like the truth .............
  8. Armed Trespass It is an offence to enter any building, part of a building or land (including land covered by water) with a firearm without reasonable excuse (the proof whereof lies on the person). [section 20 Firearms Act 1968] http://www.cps.gov.u...0_firearms_act/ Just think , if the gun is doing over 12ftlbs ( i preseume its an airgun ) he will be charged with possesion of an unlicenced firearm . Sorry but its people like your stupid mate , that make life so much more difficult for genuine people that do things the right way . No wonder that newcommers cant get
  9. I use a leaper / accushot scope . Well i have , this will be changed this weekend for my old Hawke Map Pro . A very good scope for the money i think , well made , and nice clear glass . The one i have has a 30MM tube , great for letting in lots of light .
  10. AAS200 , couple of hundred if you have a good look about
  11. Defiants and loguns are great , I have some if you want some ? Correction , i have some Loguns . PM me your details and ill post you some .
  12. Any pcp that is regged , will not have the ' power curve ' of an unregged action . You hear of the ' sweet spot' which is where the un regged action peaks in performance , before dropping off in power and POI . A regged action does exactly what it says on the tin and regulates the pressure used for each shot , making each one the same . This takes out the power curve altogether , and increases the shot count . It gives each shot the same 'reliability' . Buster
  13. The Aldi gloves are good , but the one near me didn`t have any !!
  14. Bore sighter , no . Your better zeroing yourself . For example , i spent a good hour and half at the weekend , seeing which pellets suited me best , and what groupings i got at different ranges . Laser , yes , their good for rangefinding , but dont get a crap one or you might as well not bother . Edited to say , is that `Laser scope ` or `Laser for a scope ` ?
  15. Tis true im afraid , i am a bit on the blunt side , and its not the first time ive said it . I do , now and again , appologise for my `bluntness` but its me , and thats that . I must firstly say thanks to Fry for the comments , and thanks to Tron for the `chat`. Once again , i am blunt lads , but dont mean any harm . All the best Buster
  16. To be fair Ron , as we've discussed , I think we both had the wrong end of the stick there , i apologise if I came across the wrong way .
  17. Now then , I think you'll find if you read through that I made a reference to putting the end of an expensive pcp into a bucket of water . And I'm pretty sure that i only intimated 'I sure would'nt do it '! As far as attacking people , well I think you should read what you write , as your suggestion was clearly aimed towards me . Now , as far as my PM , again not as you suggested I wanted to sell any , but point the OP in the direction of a full seal kit , for under a fiver ( unlike your previous off to change one seal for £20 ? ) Or point him in the direction of a capable person that could cu
  18. strange one that my fac rapid has 3 settings 12,27 and 42 flbs and all i do it turn an allen key accuracy is spot on but just needs the scope adjusting which i allready no the settings for each change, however i would advise anyone without an fac not to do it as the loss of liberty is not worth it FAC Rapid is the key answer there . Its designed and set up to do these things . Ive had people ask `Which screw takes my S410 up to 25 ftlbs ?` Simple answer is , it cant be done , its not designed to go that high , being a sub 12 ftlb rifle . Even at a push it would`nt go much more than
