  1. In my personal current experience there are 2 "types" The first being roughly 23kg bundle of "I'll kill what I can when I can" The second roughly 20kg of "I'll kill what he's killing but make far less effort to break a sweat and do it far more efficiently" Both being conducted/ignored by portly bloke in the middle of a field/wood pleading with em to come to back to the whistle! Matt
  2. Tote, we've never met but you seem to know my dogs very well....Matt
  3. Bit of a thread hijacking here but my question is in the same vein..... When does a bullx stop becoming a bullx? Matt
  4. if pancakes were so good then they'd be eaten all year round....same goes for mince pies. Both of which are rank! Matt
  5. There's looking fit then there's being "working fit"..... Thankfully mine are neither. Nice mutts anyway! Matt
  6. I'll come and grab a few more hopefully over the weekend mate. I'll txt you on Friday if I can get over. Cheers, Matt
  7. Cheers flako, just getting ahead of the rush. Drop me a line if & when. On my phone here but assuming you're around the Midlands somwhere. Matt
  8. Kind offer mate. Bit far for a few stinkers though. Cheers, Matt
  9. As already posted in the ferreting section.... I'm after a couple of Jill's when the litters start hitting the ground. Preferably white but colour isn't too important. Anywhere in the West Midlands. Only got a hob that was gifted to me that works as my Jill is afraid of the dark and has been for 2 seasons. Don't mind bunging a few bob or a bag of food but not this silly money that I've seen folk asking for. As I say, just a heads up for anyone that may have a few spare come the summer. Cheers, Matt

  12. A screwdriver in the radiator and 4 flat tyres isn't unheard of but its still a low stunt to pull.
  13. Great fish, looks pretty broad..... What method did she fall for? Matt
  14. Get a collar on it and a box in your pocket..... Them big holes with strange scents can do funny things to a dog especially when their bloods up. Looks in great nick, I'm sure she'll get the gist of things but one dig could be all it takes. Cheers, Matt
  15. Landywoods in rugely or Tpms in redditch, both deliver and both are drivable from burton. Matt
  16. If it's got a head at the front, tail at the back and a leg on each corner then it'll catch rats. Love a bit of ratting the a good pack of dogs. Enjoy! Matt
  17. Go and kill 6 with your bare hands on your own then come back and let me know how you get on...... I wish your dog luck, dogs ain't robots, sometimes they just don't fancy it! Matt
  18. Absaloutly top of the pops in my experience. Never had a bad un. Peyote knocked me bad a while ago. Not had anything to do with hallucegens for over 10 years but in the right company and the right frame of mind they can be enjoyed with thinking you fly or pick up moving lorrys! Matt
  19. Roughly how's she bred mate? Petcentages go over my head but interested to know what blood she's got ..... Matt
  20. 8 months? She looks like an accomplished grafter, she's gonna be a big un! You're gonna need s bigger freezer! Matt
  21. When I remember to bring the filter I use it to scan for rabbit eyes or bring em in then pop the filter off when quarry is close enough..... Dosnt help much.... Dogs are pants! Matt
  22. Mepps/ondex spinners will always get chucked on every trip, had plenty on em aswell as the 's' series too. Using a few savage jointed things at the moment and had a few...... Lures are designed to catch fishermen not fish.... I've succumbed too many times! Matt
