I agree with some of the points here but you can't compare stand alone lurcher/terrer shows with gamefairs. Gamefairs represent the vast majority of all the different country sports disciplines out there and therefore to appeal to that number of people they will be much larger, have a multitude of stalls and no doubt extremely expensive to run. See how long your free tea's last as your show numbers grow. the "free cuppa" is a not so subtle hint to the small terrier + lurcher shows, tbh i dont give a feck about the gamefairs as they are more about £££££££££ than owt else.

same as that, my fell tried it on the other day. hard work for your mam judge, if the dog doesnt learn the status quo quickly its big enough to hurt her, suggest you should rehome to an experienced owner before the situation gets any worse not rehoming my dog!!! no f*****g way!! i'd rather re-home my mum. suggest in that case you take out life insurance on yer mam

check the dates on it, you might be getting it cheap for the same reason im getting top brand name dog foods cheap, if its short on date they cant sell it in shops, still alright though.

a father-daughter mating can work well (in the case of my own dog it has) or fail miserably, its pot luck. i would prefer father-granddaughter mating if i was the owner. outcross the bitch pup to the best stud money can buy, then x the offspring of that mating back to your own dog once the majority of that litter has proven themselves

pull up some of the floor boards for a night and you + your russel and maybe a ferret go have some fun, theres also no harm in offering to give your neighbour a hand once in a while, sounds like hes fallen on hard times for whatever reason... alcoholism etc, no harm in offering to help him tidy up (tactfully)
